As we ascend to even greater summits and continue to shape an innovative future, we are currently searching for an exceptionally skilled Business Development Manager<\/strong> to join our team.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your future responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Work closely with the lead generation specialist to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage and grow our client database, lead outreach campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Drive the company’s expansion into the Nordic market, particularly by representing Devlight at key exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Your professional qualities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • 2+ years of experience in IT outsourcing, particularly in web and app development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proven track record of managing and nurturing lead databases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience working with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong understanding of outbound sales techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience working in the US, UK, Germany, and Scandinavian markets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Upper-intermediate or higher English level. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Nice to have:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Experience in industries such as eCommerce, retail, and logistics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Experience in roadshows, representing company services in international markets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Experience with sales automation tools such as LinkedIn Helper and Apollo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
